The service at the Tell City, IN AT&T store is always excellent. Each time I've needed to go in for any kind of assistance, they have been ready to answer questions, work through just about any problems you throw at them...They are not only professional with the products and AT&T brand, they instill confidence in their customers by showing through competence, expediency, sharp phone skills, and always serving their customers with great respect. Jeff helped me this evening, and I wasn't as cheerful after the woman with the little kid broke in front of me in line...regardless, Jeff is great at his job and handled my situation white adeptly... Good people make all the world a better place...
It shows they're hours are until 8 and yet nobody answers the phone at the store which is bad on the managers behalf and also the employees. I would understand if it was busy that day but there has to be another set of hands that can answer a stupid phone.
Didn't have tools to open my phone to get sims card. 99.99 is way to much for unlimited everything.
They were not at all helpful. I was asking about Internet service and got a paper about cable service! Nothing about Internet or mobile hotspots.
